Orders over $75 are delivered FREE in New Zealand by courier.
Orders under $75 incur a $5 courier fee.
The charge for international shipping is $25. If the cost of shipping exceeds this (for instance, for larger items) we will contact you with the actual costing.
Delivery times vary with when sending internationally, and we are unable to guarantee a specific timeframe, but orders are dispatched promptly when received.

We want you to be happy, and we’re happy to exchange any item or offer store credit. If an item is faulty we are happy to offer a full exchange or refund if we cannot replace the item. Please contact us promptly if this is the case.
To help people shop safely and comfortably during this time of Covid 19, we are offering exchanges, credits and refunds on online orders. If you need to send something back please contact us and get it back to us within 10 working days. We will disinfect these items, but please do let us know if you have contracted Covid 19 so that we can handle items with extra care.
If the item is in brand new/unworn condition with tags attached then you may send this back for a refund. Email email@example.com within 7 days to let us know.
