      Where does the name “Wanda Harland” come from?

      Martha had a tooth fairy called Wanda, and was going to be called Harland if she’d been a boy. The name Wanda Harland stuck when she was flatting in the biggest party flat the world has known, and faux names were bandied about freely.

       

      Payment methods

      We currently accept credit card via secure DPS.

      We also accept Paypal and bank deposits.

      Paypal is a very safe and easy method, and you don't need a Paypal account to use it. There are no surcharges for any payment method.

      We now offer Laybuy, this is conducted by a third party and you give them the payment information. They will charge you over 6 weeks, and we will send the items immediately.

      All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

       

      Do you gift wrap?

      Yes we do! We can gift wrap and attach a message card at no extra charge. There is a special place in the shopping cart to write your message or you can leave it as a comment, or just flick us an email with the details (sales@wandaharland.co.nz). We do not send a receipt when gift wrapping has been requested, so please let us know if you require a receipt. 


      Can I pick up from your shop?

      Certainly, just leave a note in the comments that you'd like to collect your item.


      What about exchanges or refunds?

      Online

      We want you to be happy, and we’re happy to exchange any item or offer store credit. If an item is faulty we are happy to offer a full exchange or refund if we cannot replace the item. Please contact us promptly if this is the case.

      To help people shop safely and comfortably during this time of Covid 19, we are offering exchanges, credits and refunds on online orders. If you need to send something back please contact us and get it back to us within 10 working days. We will disinfect these items, but please do let us know if you have contracted Covid 19 so that we can handle items with extra care.

      If the item is in brand new/unworn condition with tags attached then you may send this back for a refund. Email sales@wandaharland.co.nz within 7 days to let us know.

      On sale goods the sale is regarded as final. Exchange is at our discretion and items must be returned within 3 days in this instance.
