• This property is located not far from SH2, just north of Clareville. It is a rural property, neighboured by farms. 6 years ago it was a horse paddock, and since then we’ve been planting trees and gardens, but it still has paddock energy! We’ve been growing a small flower farm to supply Wanda Harland. From February - April there should be a great show of dahlias for you to enjoy.
• There is a two night minimum stay.
• The cute pods and cabins that make up this accommodation are styled with comfort and quality.
• There is a well appointed kitchen cabin with a small oven and full size fridge.
• The bathroom cabin has a spacious bath. Outside there’s an amazing, gutsy shower. Admire the view while you relax in the fresh air.
• The location is rural. There are occasionally sheep next door. For this reason, and the nesting pukeko, there are no dogs allowed.
• We have a small flower farm at the rear, but we won't be there when you're staying.
• There are two sleeping pods, both with queen beds.
• The bedding is 100% cotton with feather duvets and wool throws. The pillows are comfy memory foam.
• Yonder Harland has all the facilities you need to self-cater. Just bring your own food, and prepare meals in the kitchen space. There are is an induction hob and a small modern oven. There is also a BBQ for cooking and you'll find all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that you'll need.
• Your booking secures the entire property, you won’t be sharing facilities with anyone outside your party
• You can enjoy a game of Kubbs or cricket, or maybe some One Night Ultimate Werewolf in the evening.
• Please note, the hot tub isn't currently available, it's undergoing repairs.
• The area is rural and you’ll have the entire 3 acre property to yourself. You’ll have access to whichever pod you book (the default is the wooden walled queen pod), plus the bathroom and kitchen.
• We’ll be available for contact by email, phone, text. We will not be on site.
• There is a water race through the property, so you will need to closely supervise children around that area.
• The area is quite windy, so please take down the hammock, shade cloth and umbrella if the winds starts to rise.

Yonder Harland is located just north of Clareville, on Hughes Line. It is about 1 ½ hours from Wellington.

The rates are:

$250 per night for use of one pod (this has a queen bed)

$350 per night for use of both pods (each pod has a queen bed)

Maximum of 4 guests when using both pods

Each pod has a queen bed. The maximum amount of people for the property is 4.
